Position: Finance Officer

Lidion Bank is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our vibrant team. This junior role offers the perfect blend of challenge and opportunity, ideal for someone eager to start their Finance Career or continue on their path within Finance.

Primary Responsibilities:

·        Managing journal entries and maintaining precise accounting records.

·        Conducting thorough bank, supplier, and other financial reconciliations.

·        Streamlining invoice processing and overseeing payment approvals.

·        Contributing to monthly management accounts and routine financial reports.

·        Serving as the point of contact for supplier inquiries, fostering strong relationships.

·        Preparing essential documentation for audits.

·        Playing a key role in refining finance office policies and procedures.

Core Competencies:

·        High-level work ethics and professional integrity.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

·        Strong team player.

·        Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

 Education and Experience:

·        Minimum of 1 year experience in a finance-related role.

·        Relevant academic qualifications, minimum ‘A’level or equivalent.

·        Prior experience in a Credit Institution will be highly regarded.

·        Knowledge of accounting software would be an asset.
